I want to apply because I've been around for a long time and want a special title above my name. I doubt that I will get many votes here but, I think I would be a good candidate because I'm fairly well known across a few forums, I have recruited a couple of members even when I wasn't the Head advertiser, like SilentEDJ and DylPicklester. And my last point is, we all want Steve to not be the head advertiser now.
